Mocha Brownie

Mocha Fudge Icing
1/3

cream
1/3
cup
unsalted butter
1.5
cups
sugar

chocolate chips

vanilla extract
Instructions
Make the Brownie
Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C) and line an 9 x 14 brownie pan with parchment paper.
Melt the butter in a pot on the stove. Remove from heat once melted.
Stir in sugar.
Stir in eggs. Add vanilla.
Beat in cocoa powder and espresso powder.
Add flour, salt and baking powder. Mix until completely combined and smooth.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Make Fudge Icing
In a medium pan add the cream, butter, espresso powder, and sugar. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly.
Once it comes to a rolling boil, stop stirring and let boil for 30 seconds. Then remove from the heat.
Add the chocolate chips and vanilla. Mix until the chocolate is all melted and the mixture is smooth.
Immediately pour over warm brownies fresh from the oven.
Let set 2 to 4 hours before cutting into squares and enjoying!
